Policy
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established a cancellation policy that outlines the guidelines and procedures for cancellations. We kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with our policy to avoid any misunderstandings. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
We have a strict cancellation policy because of the nature of our business. Please respect our policy so that we can be fair to everyone.
1. 24-Hour Notice Required: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
2. Cancellation Fees for Single Sessions and Package Deals:

For single sessions: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if less than 24 hours' notice is provided.

For package deals: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, one session will be deducted from your package.
3. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for pre-paid appointments without notice will forfeit the scheduled treatment session.
4. Pre-Paid Treatments: All pre-paid treatments are non refundable and must be completed within 12 months. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, suspensions or extensions of packages may be considered at our discretion.
5. Cancellation Procedure: Cancellations must be made directly through Aqua Laser Clinic. We do not accept cancellations made via social media if less than 24 hours' notice is given.

I had 6 sessions of PRP hair loss treatments my first session in April and my 6th session today. I got the best results, and I am very very happy with my outcome, I got a lot of baby hair and my hair looks fuller and thicker. The nurse was very thorough and explained each and every step to me in detail. All staffs are lovely and provided the best service the place is clean and hygienic. I definitely will buy more sessions for maintenance.

Aqua Laser is very effective. I've been going here for almost two years and I don't need to shave anymore. The laser service is amazing and relaxing. It is not painful at all. Sometimes I fall asleep listening to the music. I get the aqua facials as well and they are great for keeping my pores clean and small. The girls are friendly and very beautiful. Literally, the nicest team of people you will come across.
